Bill Gerard is a Certified EOS Implementer, one of 700 Entrepreneurial Operating System Implementers (EOS) in the world. He coaches, teaches and facilitates EOS to entrepreneurs, business owners and leadership teams.

He was introduced to EOS after a colleague recommended the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman. Bill instantly connected with the simplicity and practicality of the tools. And, when he used some of the tools with his leadership teams he coaches, he saw an immediate and lasting impact on accountability, structure and results. At that point, he put a plan in motion to become a Certified EOS Implementer to help other entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders optimize their businesses for growth.

Before going out on his own as an EOS Implementer Bill served as the business consultant and leadership coach for Merrill Lynch’s biggest wealth management teams for ten years and team consultant and performance coach at Citibank for ten years.

Bill and his family live and play in the Reno-Lake Tahoe area. On the weekends they can be found on a mountain skiing, in a river fly-fishing, on a trail mountain biking or on a court playing tennis.

We are Haley Moseley and Jessie Henderson. Nevada Natives and Reno enthusiasts, we have been in the food and beverage industry since we first held employment! We even met by working at a restaurant together! Best friends and co-workers for over a decade, we are more like sisters than business partners. We have both held just about every food service position, you could say the industry is in our blood! We first entered into owning our own food business with the GourMelt Grilled Cheese Truck in 2011. We had wonderful success, and great fun with the food truck but it was always our plan to move on to brick and mortar. Two Chicks MidTown, which opened in 2014, is our first full dining restaurant. We like to think of it as a slight twist on traditional American breakfast fare and we included some of the GourMelt menu. We then turned the food truck concept into a quick serve restaurant, GourMelt Grilled Cheese Shop, in 2016. Two Chicks South opened in August 2020.  We are proud of our menus and our commitment to offer fresh ingredients, homemade dishes and elevated comfort food.

Mari Chuy’s Mexican Kitchen owner/founder and head chef, Jesus “Chuy” Gutierrez, was born in Michoacán Mexican and grew up in Northern Nevada, developing his chef chops from the young age of 6. He married his wife Maria, the “Mari” of Mari Chuy’s, and they are now parents of three.

They opened their first restaurant — a family business named Fresh Mex — in 2001 and have been working side-by-side daily to bring Reno a fresh take on Mexican dining ever since.

The restaurant was renamed Mari Chuy’s Mexican Kitchen and moved to Reno’s Midtown District in 2011. Building a reputation for fresh ingredients and giving back to the community, Mari Chuy’s garnered success that allowed for the opening of a second location in the heart of Downtown Sparks Victorian Square and a third in South Reno inside The Village at Rancharrah.

Jake Jacobson

Jake Jacobson is a 25 year old “throwback kid” from the mountains. Country music has been in his blood since the beginning. Watching his Dad’s honkytonk band in the late 90’s and early 2000’s inspired a career in music for Jake. Born in Reno, NV and raised in a rural logging and ranching town in Northern California, his homegrown, small town roots are felt in his throwback style storytelling.
No stranger to hard work, his dedication to trampoline landed him a spot on Team USA and in the Olympic Pipeline.

With a boot-stomping sound combining that of cowboy crooners, honky tonk, traditional country sounds, and a hint of southern rock; Jake draws influence from artists like Keith Whitley, Randy Travis, George Strait, Justin Moore, and Cody Johnson.

Jake released his debut EP titled “Lovin’ and Leavin’” in June of 2022, full of traditional country instrumentation and his smooth baritone vocals. Produced by Trent Willmon (Cody Johnson), Jake’s brand of neo-traditional style country is sure to leave you reminiscent of the 1990’s sounds from years past. In August of 2022, Jacobson was recognized as Country Top 40 with Fitz’s Launchpad Artist featuring his lead single from the EP titled “Speed of Neon Light”. He has headlined numerous shows across the western US in addition to opening for National Touring acts such as Clay Walker, Kip Moore, Ben Haggard, Morgan Evans, Randall King, Travis Denning, Ian Munsick, and Logan Mize.
