MEET MIKE BOSMA

Mike is the managing principal/owner of Keystone Accounting. Mike has been in public accounting, specializing in taxation for more than 23 years. He is dedicated to assisting taxpayers in attaining higher levels of success through proactive tax planning, and creative restructuring, as well as strategic business solutions. Bosma received his Bachelor of Science in accounting and his Masters in Taxation from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, Lee Business School. Some of his technical experience includes: Mergers and Acquisitions, individual taxation, C Corporations, S Corporations, partnerships, multi-state income, sales and property tax, gaming, and cost segregation studies.
